search for this key in the registry.... shutdownwithoutlogon It's located in: My computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system- audiorat1

I have the same problem. This happened after on of my tech used a bootdisk to change the admin password to blank. I think it has something to do with the SAM file.- audiorat1
