We have noticed a problem concerning incoming calls from external.
Lync 2010 users cannot recieve calls from external (busy tone)but they can make outgoing calls.
What's weird is that this only applies to numbers that are recently ported into Lync 2010.
Unassigned numbers (which have been ported...
After changing drives from LTO2 to LTO4 we've had some problems with backup to tape
Seems like every time we start a backup to tape the medium changer disappears from device manager and backup to tape fails.
We reboot the server, Medium changer comes back up and fails again when starting backup...
I have been assigned a task where I am to copy all tapes older than 3 years onto new tapes. Could anyone please tell me if this is possible and how to do it? We are using Netabckup 6.5 and these tapes are in an offsite vault.
I have 6 tapes which now are in the full month volume pool. I want to change these into full year volume pool and of course I get an error " Change pool of xxx failed". How do I get these into the full year volume pool? Do I have to deassign them or what?
I think the ghost tape problem is solved. Took out all tapes from robot. Did an re-inventory and the ghost tape still showed up, but after I put all tapes back into robot the ghost tape disappeared. Still have a probelem with the drive but tec is coming to replace it.- So I'll cross my fingers
Hmm looks like the first drive has an error. It seems as far as I can see that the mechanism inside the drive is lifted. As is it supposed to be if there was a tape inside.
The mechanism in the other drive is lower. Could this be the problem?
I have rebooted the library several times, but I'll check the robot what options there are at the control panel for a complete re-inventory of the library. The robot is a DEll PVT136
I have a strange problem with one of my drives or slots
NB thinks there is a tape in the slot but there is not. When I delete the tape from NB and run an inventory update it puts the tape back into the slot even if the tape is not in the robot. This is a ghost tape.
I have tried to disable and enable it, but this didn't give any result. So what I did was to give the fax a new DN and change it back again. And the fax went into status idle
I have a fax which is in state busy
When I try to a trace in ld 80 it says: LOCKOUT TN 004 0 05 12. Is this correct? Becuase I've had complaints about this fax not working
Our vendor have programmed on their side a new display number xxxxx. How do I make a route so that they who dial 2 to get an outside line will pass through a specific loop which show this number
