Yes, the users and the administrator can logon on the domain. Only locally on the server all the users, including the administrator can't logon. The message when someone tries to logon locallyis: "You cannot logon interactivelly". What can I do? please helllllllllllllllpppppppppppppppppp!

No, they aren't. They all are in the Users Group.
