    In Canada it is different,, they will plug the line into the KSU and there jacks or ports. I have seen it done buy them .

    HI! I have a site which i haven't to in years,,, with R6 ? ACS Partner ,i think it is R6 not sure,, they had Bell up grade Fiber cable to equipment room and they say the anolog liness are not working?? Before i go is it possible Bell didn't configure there lines right ? Thks

    On the ip office 500 v2 9508 digital phones ,,are the directory button programming for each phone flexible ,, i am having an issue when i select a user wrong extention like calling 228 and rings 227?? about 6 BLF's are flashing red and not on DND ? I have the right version of Manager software...

    I think the problems are from having a lower version of avaya manager on my lap top. ,, I need to upgrade to a higher V11.0.0.1. do you have anything higher then 11.0.0. 4 ?? Thks

    Tac84 ,, i have done the name changes before ,, i'm sure when i arrived that the problem wasn't already there ,but not positive ,, i know DND was not on any of the phones ,, They have Land Lines on the system. I just change acout 9 or 10 Names on the phones and confirmed the names on Dss/blf...

    HI As maentioned above i rebooted , and did not help . 4 BLF's Flashing red ,,can't be used as DSS buttons u have to hit intercom and dial ext. # for it worked Intercom 1 stays red all the time.     HI Freinds,, just tring to find out how bell fibe for business works for customer with 5 or 6 analog lines,, 1 is a fax line,, Bell to the fiber upgrade and only hooked up 4 analog lines with there ata ,, they said they would have to run another fiber line in for more analog lines ?? i wasn't...
