We have a G3V8 with Hospitality enabled. If our processor(TN2404) dies would we lose our licence for Hospitality if we restored to a new processor?

Thank you for your input Bleebrant. We wound up turning off all of the testing on the card and the problem went away. Probably combination of cross talk in the amphenol cable and piece of junk cordless phones.
We are maintaining a hotel with a G3. Occasionally a few of the analog stations will have a phantom half ring every 15 minutes like clock work. We swapped the ports to different ports on different cards, tested at the frame. Deleted and reprogrammed the extension. Nothing shows in the station...
We have a Merlin Magix with PRI, calls with blocked caller ID calls not routing to attendant. Dial plan routing routes calls with 3911 to attendant console. Calls with blocked caller ID calls receive dead air.
We have a Definity G3siV9 with Hospitality. Once every two or three nights the wake up calls reset, generally leaving a bunch of angry guests with missed flights etc.. The reset generally occurs 1am to 6am. Any ideas?

under "outdial method" dropdown you select "route" - then in the next box don't put anything.
That's where I was getting stuck. It chooses the route based on the destination code you use, of course. (in this case 9+N and it works perfectly)

I have given the Call Pilot DN access to the PRI (Bloc B).
I can set a path to transfer to an outside number by choosing Line - 061 or Pool - 1.
How can I set the path to transfer to an outside number through the PRI?
I think my problem is just semantics...

We want to upgrade an old BCM 50 R1 to R3 at least, wondering what is involved in this; is it just a software patch? Is the programming backed up able to be restored? Are the keycodes backed up able to be restored?
