Should the mailbox have the cellphone number or enter the cell phone number in the associated DN.
make sure on the ODBC setup the data source name and the server name are exactly the same as what you created as the server name in the DSedit. The IP address in the DSedit should also contain port 5000. i.e TCP - 192.168.1.10,5000

I got a traffic study done and found that loop 21 and 22 has high usage. I did a TNB on loop 21 and 22 and loop 21 has some 3903 sets and loop 22 says Virtual type VGW. Any explanation for these 2 loops to have 60+% utilization when other super loops have 10% range utilization?

why caller app why not do a direct transfer into milbox with *##. Refer to thread1496-1189617
If you want caller app for other reasons it would have to be a transfer type and then choose mailbox and enter the mailbox you want to transfer to. Other options are extension or operator.
I have WSO installed on the MAS currently and in service. I want to move WSO to a stand alone server. Should I uninstall WSO on the MAS before I start the install on the new server?

I have to add a second MAS to an existing MAS with MSS backend config. I found the upgrade document that talks about the steps to setup a second server and moving services but what about the caller apps. Do they need to be re-deployed. Any other tips will be appreciated as well.

Presented" is when a call is presented to an agent because the system flagged them as being available. "Time in Q" is how long the call waited in Q before being presented.
"Net already serviced" is a reason for a call being de-queued. This means the call was already handled by a network...
Not Ready Reason code do not show on the RTD. The RTD was customized to add the reason code column and the reason is populating properly in reports but doesn't show up on RTD.
Any suggestions appreciated.

just to clarify... does it work with Caller Applications or just Auto Attendant. I don't have Auto Att activated. All calls come through Caller Applications.

I have tried to make the holidays work via caller application with no luck. I have tried it with 2 different systems both running 3.1. I put the holiday dates in the MAS Auto attendant. Built caller app and ticked the "observe system holiday as after hours" but it keeps going to the day...

MM 3.1 with MSS backend. When a subscriber checks messages and delete the deleted messages start repeating at the end before they hang up. Once they hang up the messages are gone but is there any way for it not to repeat? Some magical setting perhaps.
