Hey Michbar Once again thanks for the reply. I turned the Cashed Mode on, but the meeting still won't show up on my mailbox calendar. Does it take a few minutes to show up...or do I need to exit outlook and re-open outlook. Once again I appreciate your response. Thanks! Ash
