Does anyone have tested the external HDD (with RAID1) connected through USB to perform and restore backup of the Avaya CMS R16.x server?
Can you recommend a particular model of such a device?

This is S8500 CM 2.0 with CMS 12.
I know that I can run report from CWC but it shows me only global information about quantity of calls by CWC. I need report on which I will be able to see how many call was made by agent for each CWC.

The error only appear when I use "order by ROW_DATE", if I don't use this, the report works fine.
I was tried using dsplit instead hsplit but it doesn't change anythink in results.
I have used calculation like this:
"select hsplit.I_STAFFTIME/(hsplit.INTRVL*60) from hsplit where ROW_DATE = 38640 and SPLIT = 1 and ACD = 1 order by ROW_DATE"
and the CMS return
"Informix error: -309"

I was trying to do sumarizing for last two days (11&12 august) but without success. In CMS error log appear information:
" 1350 8/12/04 11:11 PM 3 1 ERROR GENERAL error internal to process: Unable to successfully complete...
For few last days I couldn't generate any historical reports (daily, weekly,...). CMS system informing me that there are "No records found". (But I can generate integrated reports).
Any ideas?
