Kisco, Thank you.. I have multiple DHCP servers on network1 already (a step in a planned offloading of services from the original DHCP server), but they are providing addresses for network1 only. perhaps an entry, to tell the router that that particular external address is on the internal interface.. with a 255.255.255.255 mask. <shrug>- arrrrrrrrrrrgh

I'm sorry but I do not know the exact correct way around, or if there even IS a generally accepted way around.. but when we ran into the same thing I was told that it is a security problem for the router to pass traffic from the OUTSIDE that originated from an address that it knows is on the...- arrrrrrrrrrrgh

Background: There are 2 offices, and a serial link connecting the 2 individual 2600's together. network1 is 192.168.0.0/24 and network2 is 192.168.2.0/24.
