I would like to recover an ACD number that is no longer in use. According to Sinner2 from thread965-1342046 I would need to delete the ACDART (Acd Routing Table), ACDRS-DS (????), ACDRS-RS (????). Not sure what these two last acronyms stand for, as I don't see them in the ACD Administrator...

I did attend several basic course; Xpressions, Acd, and Hiapath Admin. Unfortunately the instructor refused to go over any advance commands that were not part of the course. It’s quite expensive to attend a weekly course in Dallas.
