Slow Response Problems running ASP pages on IIS
Do you use visual basic com- components ? If so, make sure to not them in Application varaiables, it will make your server single threaded, a bit nasty for a multiuser webserver :-)- arjen2

Hosting a site, need help urgently
I heard of this problem. There is a vitual domain service at www.hn.org. In their faq pages they offer a solution for registars which have problems transferring a non com, net, org domain : http://hn.org/www/faq/virtual/#registrar Maybe you could try their service, maybe they can help.- arjen2

ftp file creation perms (urgent)
I have the same problems. When a user ftps a file over, it has the permission rw-r--r-- set. I am using proftpd on suse linux. The Umask setting removes rights form the file, there is no way to add rights to the file. I am looking for the way to set the default permissions for a file a user...- arjen2
