Hi, Thanks for the replies. I understand that there is some virus still existing somewhere. There are no exclusions under Manual scan. So I guess everything is being scanned even inside zipped files. I have not scanned under SAFE MODE. Does that make a difference ? I have the latest NAV...- arijitghosh

NAV 2003 Error 1003,9
I have windows 2000 and Norton System Works which includes Norton Antivirus 2003. I am using Outlook Express 6.0 I have set the option to scan both incoming and outgoing email. I don't have any mail in my Outbox or Sent Mail folder. But Norton Antivirus is repeatedly showing "Scanning...- arijitghosh
