    Yes, I have. Unfortunately it's not there :( The ARCserve manual is indeed on the CD, but it doesn't cover Exchange Agent. In fact, it specifically states there that Exchange Agent is sold separately, and I have the sleeve for it. Anyway, I sent an e-mail to the guy that used to work here...

    I am not lucky :( I have the sleeve for the agent, but not the CD. Wouldn't be a problem if I wasn't getting some serious hiccups on the Exchange backups. Sigh. I wonder if CA would send the CD if I faxed them the back of the sleeve. Thanks for the reply anyway.
