    Are you running on IP sets? or are these digital phones? if they are digital phones you should take a log at your alarms to see if you have any other faulty stuff in your system..Most likely both power supplies will need to be functional.. Archie

    Best way to do this, is to call your vendor or Avaya and have them reset the password for you..Avaya will charge you to do this, but I am not sure how much..If you are close to your vendors they can reset it for you for free..
