Has anyone been able to get a 5603 handset to work with the OpenPhone 27 style RFP's (RFP32)?
Trying to get one to subscribe, seems to get so far and fails; the syslog output from the RFP shows:
"CMI: handle_pin_memory_req (PPN 42): wrong/missing pin or ext. number?"
Am I flogging a dead...
These are our Cisco ASA rules - ensure that you are running the latest MBG, as one of the resent versions had a problem with one-way-audio between teleworkers.
Hope this helps

We had a similar problem (call forwarding on 5330's) today following a crash reboot of the 3300; a further (planned) reboot seems to have resolved the issue.
Our 3300's running 4.1 are showing an issue where they are 'consuming' memory, and either reboot at the resource reboot time, or just reboot as they've run out of ram.
Mitel are investigating, and our maintained is going to be running a mitel utility ('prowler') on it every hour throughout the...
Is this an issue with calls between 2 Teleworker handsets? If so, we've come across this issue in the last couple of days; we downgraded MBG to 5.2.23.0 and the problem went away.
Calls from TW handset to TDM or internal IP handsets were fine, this was purely no audio on calls between TW...
The Grandstream box is connected as a SIP extension; in Ops Manager, we've configured it as a 'Generic SIP Phone'.
You will need a SIP device licence in order to do this; you should be able to purchase these from your reseller.
I see no reason why you couldn't program it in a personal ring...
Have to agree with AKskier, I've used Grandstream ATA's (normally for T38 faxes), but they work very well with the Mitel (9.0), with very little tweaking.
I've got the Wireless stand on a BT Home Hub (the Black one), and it works perfectly (after I found that the ones that we'd been supplied with were still running 1.0 - which is absolutely terrible!).
On my HH, the only way that it worked reliably is in VC mode, but other than that, no problems...
I'm not sure, but it must be an issue with what your provider (Gamma) are sending, or the SIP proxy, assuming you're using one is doing.
I've got a couple of trunks from Gradwell, and using YATE as my SIP/RTP proxy, and we get the full number (including the leading 0) coming through.
Perhaps...
My supplier say that they have spoken with Mitel regarding this, and that whilst they were aware of an issue in 9.0, they believed that it was fixed in UR1, and that there was no specific fix in UR2.

Has anybody with this issue upgraded to UR2? If so, did the issue go away?
We are experiencing the same issue with 5312's (not affecting the 5330's), but have rolled out about 200 - 250 of them (less than 1/3 of the way through the roll out) before discovering there was an issue. Also, we're...
Are you saying that in 3.2.55, that when a call is transferred using a supervised transfer from say an operator to a standard user, that when they complete the transfer that there is a "tone".
If there is, then this is great news; it's something that we've felt that the IPO has been missing...
if the "6 month" thing is confusing anyone, the statement that I made
"After having to replace our 2030/2050 handsets with 5410/5420's and replace the DT with a DS module, within 6 months of having the system installed" happened some 2 years ago.
Once again, we didn't buy old kit at the time...
