We have a user that is running GW 5.5 and intermittently, when she deletes an email, she will get a Fatal Exception error and I have to restart her machine in order to get back into GW. I have run standalone GW check on her user and message databases several times. I am at a loss. Please help.

I am and have been looking for the EXACT same thing. I haven't been able to find anything though. I have been relagated to logging into each user's mailbox, and manually checking their proxy access list every two months or so. This is a real pain. PLEASE let me know if you hear anything. Thanks.

Did you ever find out what caused this error on your server? We got the same error/abend this morning. The only difference between our abend.log and the one the previous person replied to you is our abend was related to the GWIA-Receive-14 Process and the GWIA.nlm.
