She gets a "Confirm Data Source" window that includes: OLE DB Database Files Microsoft Excel Worksheet via Converter MS Excel Workstheets via DDE Excel Files via ODBC Alan

In addition to that, she's prompted for a database type, whereas no one else is. Alan

Apparently, she's been specifying DDE as the data type, which will only access the first worksheet in the workbook. By forcing her to OLE DB, she can access the data she needs. Now I just need to find out how to get Word to default to OLE DB rather than giving her other options, so she can't...

Same thing - works for me, not her, no matter the what PC. Alan
