We're not set up that granular. Users can logon to their laptops anywhere (into their domain accounts) so they can work offsite. This is the first user who has ever had this problem thus our confusion. The backend is a Windows NT backend - and we have no roaming profiles or anything engaged.
Hi everybody,
The machine involved is a laptop with Win XP Pro SP2 all the latest patches as of one day ago installed. The machine is part of a domain. The machine was on the domain, then taken off the domain for about an hour to go to a remote site. Without being connected to anything...

Hi everybody,
I searched Microsoft's site and couldn't find this exact problem, so I'm hoping someone here has experienced and fixed it before.

I am curious if anyone knows what mechanism Word uses for it's auto-date function (when you begin to type in a date, it fills in today's date for you). Recently, a user in my group has experienced a lag in the date. For instance, if today's date is 8/11/03, when she types out the date, Word...

Ben

Recently, we discovered that when people are...
Well, the real problem is with home users. When they log in via Citrix, everyone can see their local printers at home. Is there any way to prevent that?
Ben
