Hi,
Do you have any connection while sharing any files and other file transfer applications?
If not: check your network configuration. ping both computers and the router. Be aware of DNS configuration, and subnet masks are the same and both PCs are in the same workgroup. Be aware of the cable...

Hi,
I don't know that such kind of cables exist.
I don't recommend you to do that because:
1)USB Interface is much much slower than IDE interface
2)Internal HDs are dissipating heat
3)Internal HDs are making vibration and noise.
4)Power specifications that USB support and IDE HD needs are not...
Hi,
There could be some reasons:
1) A short circuit in motherboard
2) The connection between MoBo. and PS. isn't good/not fully plugged.
3) Electricity Values are not stable. eg. instead of 110/230V it will sometimes increase to 150/300V which could be very harmful if there is no electrical...
Hi,
First my mother board doesn't have a Dual Bios. You are right some of the gigabyte mainboards have Daul Bios.
In my situation, I used the clear CMOS jumper, then turn the jumper back to its original position. If i started my PC there was a message on the screen, it said:
Your CMOS hasn't...
The same thing came on me yesterday. I have solved the problem just changing a jumper's position.
This jumper's name is Format/Reset CMOS.
It will probably working.
If there is no such kind of jumper then remove the BIOS battery, wait for several seconds and place it.
If both of two ways do not...
Now we are sure that the problem isn't connected with the CDRW drive you used.
Have you ever tried changing the power cable of DVD Rom too?
It is a small possibility, but the Power Supply could not generate enough power to the CDRW.
Another possibility is a fault in the Operaiton System or...
You can try Asus P4P800 which has a i865 chipset. Guys in Asus claim that they have activated PAT(Performance Accelaration Technology). Test results of a computer magazine shows that they are saying the truth. So you will have more money to spend on RAMs :-)
Try your CDRW on a different PC and on a different operating system. If its works then its a software issue. Else its a hardware or firmware issue. But i've entered the form that Nonnie told. The guys made firmware upgrade too. So if the CDRW does not work under a different system/OS then it is...
Every CDRW has a Bios like your system.
Firmware is a software embedded into your CDRW Bios which tells your OS its properties like writing speed, etc.
Go to your CDRW manufacturer's web site check any firmware revision. And load it into your CDRWs Bios.
This operation isn't risky. If a problem...
I've an idea but i don't know whether it works or not.
Go to your control panel. Choose services icon.
A list of running services will appear.
Be sure that RPC Locator related items are turned on. And be sure that the netlogon service is successfully working.
Hope it helps..
Have ever installed an extension?
Sometimes DW crsahes due to some extentions that you have recently installed.
You can also try yo reinstall your DW.
It is also possible that your wizard's program code is corrupted.
