Sometimes on some machines for reasons unknown, when users exit GW the process keeps running and you need to kill the process or reboot the machine before you can start GW up again. How can this be fixed without a reboot or killing the process?

I have a user who has been plagued by D109 errors. I uninstalled GW, cleaned the registry and reinstalled, but it made no difference. I had the administrator run maintenance on her account which made no difference. I suspected it might be her profile and gave her a new one. Problem still...

Thanks for that tip. I talked to her this morning and she is using that cumbersome method I figured out so we do have a workaround.

She has set a high standard for herself and she would not send all all emails as high priority. Her supervisor has requested that she send certain emails as high priority. So I am looking for a quick way to mark those emails as high priority using keystrokes.

I figured it out. Set the address books for “Name Format” -- show first name then last name and it is sorted by First Name. For your columns choose Name and Last name. It will auto fill using firstname space and the start of the last name.
