If you have the check boxes all within the same frame, you will see that checking one will uncheck others. Check to see if your boxes are located as part os an option group or frame.

Oh, If I hit "no" to not continue loading the project, I get a "Device I/O Error." Then Excel stays open without the workbook being open. (The Title bar does still display the name of the workbook.) I have installed Service packs through SP3.

Have yoy tried just printing it landscape? Under the print options you should be able to switch from portriat (up and down) to landscape (lengthwise).

I've tried as both of us. Her user name is a member of the Admin group, and I/m using the Administrator ID.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, she has only had this PC for less than a week. (It's brand new.) Also, we were able to open the text files in Excel on another one of the brand new PC's with the same software running on it, and everything worked fine.
