Windows 2000 HCI and SCI Load error
I reformatted my laptop and re-installed windows 2000 professional. When I browse to control panel in win2k I will get an "HCI load eror" and then an "SCI load error". What do these mean? My laptop is running slower than before I reformatted it.- andybosc
