Hi Will1981,
It will depend on the other IP-PABX you are connecting the Mitel controller to.
The best thing will be to look at the Mitel Knowledge base to see if Mitel have completed any interop testing, if they have they may have a configuration document to help you program the Mitel system...
Hi Billz66,
Not sure if there pc's connected to the rear of the handsets.
The voice is only dropped on the London IP Phones, and the switches are Cisco Meraki 48 port PoE switches.
When the voice is dropped it wont even be for a second, but its enough to notice - during a call they seem to...
Hi Lundah,
I have checked the ARPSHOW and can see the L2 switch IP address on both systems, there are no L2 Subsystem logs on either system either.
Within the LAN/WAN Configuration "IP Routing" I have added the Network address of the other Mitel system, no sure if the address is not in there...
Thanks Lundah I have a check and will get back to you.
RAMitel yes there are vlan's configured at both ends, yes its just the audio - it drops for no more than a second, but can do this during the call a few times (but normally every 5 minutes or so)
Hi RAMitel,
Thank you for your reply!
I'll have the default gateways checked, would have though if there was an issue with the default gateway it wouldn't allow calls.
The link between the 2 sites is via an MPLS solution, I have been advised that there's no Firewall - but I would think that...
Hi Lundah,
The L2 switch on each systems IP address can be pinged from each system, this is an un-usual problem.
The problem seems to be when Mitel IP phones are on a call between both sites, they can make and receive calls without any issues - its when they are on the call that there seems to...
Hi all,
We have a client that is experiencing some issues with voice calls dropping for a few seconds.
Both Mitel controllers are MXe controllers with version 7.2
We have one system located in Newcastle and another system located in London, the sites have a 100mb leased line between the site...
Hi All,
I'm after some help with setting up Mitel MXe controller with ACD and ring groups.
Call hits path 8690, and a RAD is played straight away to advise callers to dial option 1, 2, 3 and 4
Option 1 and 2 is routed to another ACD path - this is ok
Option 3 and 4 is routed to a ring group...
Hi All,
I have a Mitel 3300 CX Controller on version 6
We have just moved them from ISDN30 over to SIP Channels, we have outgoing and incoming calls working.
The problem I have is when a Mitel handset dials out, if their ddi is 0191 523xxxx when they call out (lets say to a mobile) the mobile...
Hi Tom,
Yeah I have downloaded and then imported the data, the client is wanting to move the extensions from a local system to their data centre controller.
Thanks anything.
Hi,
I have a client with 2 x MXe controllers, both systems are on version 7.2 and are fully synchronised.
They want to move some IP phones from one MXe controller across to the 2nd controller.
The only way I know that this can be done is to delete the extension on the 1st system, then add it...
Hi kwbMitel,
Yes I have assigned the Path Interflow list to the ACD path, I have also configured the Path Interflow list programming with the options required - I have also set the digit receiver to (no)
This made no difference
Thank you, Andy
Hi Gents,
Thank you for your response and help, I'm using a Path Interflow with option 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
I also have the release digit receiver set to no.
This doesn't make a difference, I'm still unable to press any of the options.
