In my case, I think it's an IE setting because it's happening on my Citrix server (as well as other servers), but not on any workstations. I've tried everything I can think of and still can't figure it out. Have checked the firewall logs, and it's not being blocked there.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am having this problem as well, and haven't found a solution yet.
