Here's my problem
"By default in Exchange 2003, organization administrators and domain administrators inherit the Allow permission in addition to the Deny permission for the Receive As permission and the Send As permission.
To use ExMerge, the accounts that use this utility must have the Send...
you're getting the "connect as" because evryone doesn't have read and execute permissions to the folder that the software is in. Share that folder and give everyone read and execute permission and it will run.
We recently installed a new Blue Coat proxy (mandated by management). The proxy has some known issues with programs some users need. We got permission to put our squid proxy back online for just those users. A GPO being pushed down from above my level sets the proxy settings upon login.

Try this; we migrated from NT domain to 2K domain. File server had a local account that was associated to my nt domain login. After migration, I can't access server anymore. The error read "the referenced account is currently locked out" Once I deleted the local account on the server everything...

If you upgrade a PDC to Win2K, it will become a PDC emulator. This is used on 2000 Domains that still have NT clients. Just don't run DC promo on it unless you're completely migrating to a 2000 domain.
Yes you need AD,DHCP, & DNS. You can load all on one beefy machine, configure it as its own domain separate from your network and put your RIS images on that.
If you can't do that, you may want to consider GHOST enterprise. Or network install which is included in NT 4.0.
I copied some movies into a friends hard drive (.AVI format). She's running Win98SE with media player 7.0 when she opens any of the movies, they play except they play backwards (like looking at the movies in a mirror. I'm not altogether sure if it's hardware or software. Can anyone toss me a clue!
