Hi,
Try renaming your username.ini file then log back in to GoldMine.
You will loose all of your preferences but it should sort the problem out.
Alternatively click on Window > Tile you may find the Search Centre that way.
Hope this helps.

You need to use the API to update the fields rather than updating them directly in SQL.

As long as your maintenance contract for GoldMine is up to date then it is included, you need to speak to your GoldMine partner who will be able to advise.
Hope this helps.

Hi
You may also want to consider MSCRM Hosted, it is quicker to implement and still integrates with Outlook. As and when you are ready for an onpremise solution it is easy enough to migrate to this.
Hope this helps.

When you purchase the upgrade to GoldMine Corporate or Premium (I would recommend Premium) SQL Server is included in the cost of the licences.
I would recommend you contact your local GoldMine partner for more advice on upgrading to the latest version.

Hi
Run the SQL Query and save the results as a Group which you can then use to perform the further actions.
The SQL Query builder will let you build this query easily.
Hope this helps.

Alternatively you could base your report on the GoldMine Accountno, the first six digits are based on the day the record was added to GoldMine and is in the following format: YYMMDD. Therefore the accountno for a record added today would begin A80416.
Hope this helps.
