Biljana,
Make sure you Enable the Remote Tools on Clients under the Remote Tools Client Properties at your site. If your client belongs to that site make sure it is enable. Just enable it now and do an Site Update on your SMS in your control panel of the client machine.
Hope that helps.

Does anyone have any recommendations on which SMS WakeON LAN products out there that is compatible with Dell desktops? We are talking about the Optiplex GX-A, GX-1, GX-110, GX-150 and GX-260 clients. We like to see if we are able to wake these machines up and install applications at night...
I would definitely start from checking the C:\Winnt\MS\SMS\Logs\Wn_Logon.log file for any errors installing the client. And also make all your Network Discovery settings are correct.

Chris,
I think SMS site systems logs in your system using this account for client settings updates...etc. I wouldn't alter any of the SMS internal account. It will be alot more headache in the future.

I recommend these two from snyderj:
Microsoft Systems Management Server 2.0 Administrator's Companion
Admin 911 SMS
Admin911 is small and good for travel and quick lookup. And the other one is good for reference.
