Biljana, Make sure you Enable the Remote Tools on Clients under the Remote Tools Client Properties at your site. If your client belongs to that site make sure it is enable. Just enable it now and do an Site Update on your SMS in your control panel of the client machine. Hope that helps. Petern

I would definitely start from checking the C:\Winnt\MS\SMS\Logs\Wn_Logon.log file for any errors installing the client. And also make all your Network Discovery settings are correct. PeterN

If you don't have some extra new RAM to test to see if the memory error go away then try reseting the site. Hope that helps. PeterN

Chris, I think SMS site systems logs in your system using this account for client settings updates...etc. I wouldn't alter any of the SMS internal account. It will be alot more headache in the future. Peterni

Hi, I would try to push the package down via UserGroup. Create a new User Group containing those users and have discover it then push it down. Hope that helps. PeterN
