I have the Samsung TSSTCorp TS-H552B DVD/CD Burner. The problem is it stopped burning cd-r media and cd-rw. It Burns DVD'S no problem.It reads all media ok.I have tried various software programmes but still no go.I was wondering if anyone has had this problem before. Cheers Alan

Thanks for your reply.The problem is we are looking after the switch for a third party and they want the cil data in hex which is downloaded into a tracker which they say is corrupt.So need to determine if the data coming out of switch in hex format is good and not corrupt.

I was wondering has anyone on here used winhex or any other software to convert call logging data from hex to a readable text file.Any help would be appreciated.
