I know 7.0.200.285 works on W2K server. They don't have patches because it's not supported and they want you to upgrade to Crystal Enterprise. As of giving you the install or patches, that's against end-user agreement.

Might be problem with the printer. Do you save printer in the report? Try to use very generic printer (HP 5, etc.) and use it when you print it.

Maybe you have login/password embedded in some of the reports by custom functions or otherwise, so now they try to access emailserver. Try to pinpoint the moment account gets locked and see what report was running at the time.

I'd start troubleshooting by trying to run the same report from CR, then to schedule other reports from Info Desktop, etc.

It usually goes without a glitch on NT4 ( I'd use SP6 just in case). Did you try to install without SMS? Give the exact error message.
