    its not a script, in the active directory, under user accounts, i click on user account, went to the profiles tab, and mapped the home dir from there, its currently set to drive z:

    i have done this already, and checked event management, the home dir exists in the profile, but when the user logs in he does not get one, very baffled. As i said earlier, the directory is accessible and writeable via network places on client machine, it just does not appear as a network drive...
