I got the pages to print but i don't understand how this page layout will printout a book layout. If someone can look at the tutorial on the following URL and eplain how this will binded. What i see is that there is page 2 and 3 on the same sheet. So how will the 4 and 5 pages be placed...

Re-phrasing my question. Is there a way to print facing pages on the same sheet? I've got 5.5 x 8.5 pages that I want to print on single 8.5 x 11 sheets. So far, I only get pages on the left side on the sheets. Thanks
