i think because its only 6 digits the system is still waiting for a timer to expire! i tried 777888; with no luck

I have found that you cannot do the following: locate all free dn "0" to "any number" always find starting from 0 does not work

I have a shortcode of: 777XXX 777888 0 Dial it works fine but i would like to speed it up as it takes a long time before 777888 it is sent to line. Any ideas

If you are working on a 3300ICP then yes but if you are on an SX2000 then an external RAD is also required.

If its a 3300 then send the call to a huntgroup and have the console as a member. You can now assign 2 RAD greetings to the huntgroup. dont forget to check out the COS to setup the timers etc.

I have two questions regarding 3300 DHCP. Q1. Can i play around with these settings on a live system without fear.I assume these settings only matter to the phones on boot up.So i could disable the dhcp without the customer knowing make changes and turn back on. Q2. I have a 10.100.1.0/16...

i can use this command to print out the telephone directory on an sx2000: fo tel dir /port lpr3 what is the form name so i can print out a list of all the plid numbers and what extension number is assigned. Thanks
