i have checked it out,
LLC - logical link control a subset of HDLC
and MAC coexists in the OSI 2nd layer (data link).
MAC is used to translate the MAC address whereas LLC is used to provide a link for the 2nd layer and 3rd layer. Correct me if i am wrong.

does that mean i just backup the files only ? if i re-install the OS and replace the files backed up, am i able to allow my users to log in as before ?

When i retrieve mail, the server will not keep a copy of my mail in the server, how can i configure outlook to allow me to retrieve the mails in the server and having the server store the mails. Thanks ,
