I have solved the problem. I changed the slice setting spacer cells to always. Thank you to the people who helped.

It happens when I delete the image so I can make it a background image. It is the sides of the content area. The header slice is ok.

The anti-virus software is avg free edition. The description of what code red does not match what it has done to my system. It started after I downloaded avg, the software me I had the virus and to run avg toget rid of it, but after that my system does not work.
