I have two Windows Server 2003 Standard machines running IIS in a DMZ for my web servers. These are stand alone machines that are not a member of any domain. Each server has the same copy of the website and when changes are made they are copied to each server. Are there any good ways to setup...
Nope, Andy. We're wanting to replace our call center phones, and the PBX at that site which also includes CP and symposium. We're on an older software release and don't want to invest the money to upgrade the nortel. We add a new site every year or two and are tired of the constant upgrade...
We are currently using 6 Nortel Meridian Option 11c PBX's with Call Pilot, and Sympoisum. Is it possible to replace 1 of the PBX's, Symposium, and Call Pilot with a Cisco solution? Basically I would like to get started with Cisco, but would need the 5 other PBX's and digital phones to work...
Actually, I figured it out. It was a problem with the UDP traffic getting back to the IP phone. I ended up forwarding UDP ports 5004-5007, 5060, 10,000, 123, 510, and 511 to the IP of the phone. Hope this helps someone else!
On a remote PC - I’m trying to get a SIP IP phone (connected via a crossover cable to the second NIC) to communicate with a media gateway server over a shared VPN connection. I’m able to place a call from the IP phone and make phones ring, but I can’t hear anything on the IP phone and I cannot...

I have a Windows Server 2003 machine setup with Terminal Services in Application mode running in a 2000 Domain. Just recently the machine has stopped responding to network requests periodically. I can run a continuous ping and the server replies, but whenever I try to terminal into the...
Actually I think that can be changed back to one drive. On the old server we were able to roll the database to another disk if it got too big for the drive.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought Stripe Size and Block Size were the same thing. I just looked in the SMOR of an Adaptec 2100S, under an array it shows the Block Size: 512bytes and the Stripe Size: 128Kbytes
Any ideas?
The majority of the files on this array are arround 600KB. The stripe size for the RAID5 is 64K. So I'm I right by thinking to write one 600KB file it would only use 9.3 drives leaving the other 6.7 drives with a blank 64K block? So not only are there too many drives in this array (high...
