    It doesn't work if I dial *17, we get the same welcome message asking for our extension and password.

    I've done that for now to get around the issue. But our staff are used to using system in Intuity mode, the short cuts are different in the two modes.

    Hi Everyone, We have an IP Office 406 DS 5.0 (26) and Voicemail Pro 5.0 (30) in place. Previously when we pressed the Messages button on our phones, it would take us straight into our mailbox.
