It looks like I had too many configured. I did out one of the agents we no longer use, but the valid agent isn't showing in the the MTE. Is there a command to list the current agent ids the TN they are assoicated with? Thanks

I recently had a new ACD agent programmed into our phone switch. We have an Option 51 with MAX for ACD. Question is after the agent is added should they apear in the MTE or do they have to be manually added? Thanks
