EDC Mock Transactions Cant Find
Aloha 6.4.21 Accidentally turned off EDC and didn't realize it after a few hours. Cannot find the mock transactions in the master terminal folders, but can see the transaction in financial > adjust payments screen screen with the last 4 of the card # and the auth code. Any advice? Mock...- Aidin

edc bad batch detail response INVLD data
That did it. I went to the Void section in EDC and saw a transaction that said Refund Overcharge, but no initial transaction. I voided it and the batch settled.- Aidin

Got this tonight when trying to process batch. Seems like they also forgot to process last nights batch. Usually this isnt a problem. We are running aloha 6.4.21 w/ dial up processing.- Aidin

EDC Processing using EFS

Wanted to know if it was possible to install Aloha TS on Windows XP (32) inside a virtual machine on Windows Server 2008 (64)? Am I going to have problems with the HASP dongle (currently connected to LPT1). Thanks- Aidin
