my computer won't recognize cd drives
The same thing happened to me last week, I am about to reformat my hard drive because of it. Mine started when I tried to install a free firewall (first mistake) and then my dsl booted me, after I rebooted I could see the harddrives in the bios, but the device manager shows error code 19?
