Mcafee Crashes on startup Avsynmgr.exe has generated errors
Steven Thanks for this speedy response. I've discovered other threads that refer to v.5 of Viruscan being unsupported by McAfee and also having differing engines that can't handle either recent SuperDat or Dat and Engine downloads. I'm running v.5.2.1. So would your files work with this...- AHamber

Mcafee Crashes on startup Avsynmgr.exe has generated errors
Dear Steven Can you explain where your 4.5.1 update is and how you install if you can't load even the console. I keep getting a VsMain.exe error message and Dr. Watson error message about being unable to attach to the process. But the avsynmgr.exe error is the more reoccuring. Thanks Anthony- AHamber
