    Sorry for the confusion. In the Embedded Voice mail feature in the 3300 where you can put a personal contact number in to call by pressing 2 or whatever number you assign it to is what im talking about. I can assign it, but it only works on internal calls. If i forward it to an external call...

    Non-verified Account code is enabled. It was enabled prior to my checking on COS 6.
