we are having issues with static on recordings. the agent or customer cant hear it but when we do a play back we here the static. we have already changed out everything on the avaya side and now they want us to change the cuplers?
Some calls go out over our local and some dont. we have a ipx 2400 and I need help with the command to check the trunks to see if we are under trunked.
I have never worked with the nec before, is there a windows based interface? and if so is there a demo I could look at to gane knowledge on what the pages look like?
