Sounds like a paper size issue. If the paper is coming partly out then jamming, check the paper tray for the correct paper size. Try switching with another tray and see if that resolves your issue. Also, I would try setting the factory defaults on everything. Make sure you copy the setting down...

They are connected through a Bellsouth cayman router. Both machines can access the internet and can ping eachother. They just show wrong permissions.
