have you tried the same process on sample data, can you isolate whether it is program or data related, if it is data it could be an out of sync uniquifier...

have you tried reloading the sub-ledger program files and the patches? Also confirm all latest updates for desktops and servers if windows. What version workstations as that could have bearing on the issue?

was the data ever populating across to the IC? has it worked in past?

have you correctly linked your PO, IC and OE? Which is driving the Purchase Order? If it were correctly set the OE should drive the PO regardless of the min order levels and stock on hand, and should create the required order, from both IC or OE.

The whole idea is to have an audit trail that is bullet proof. You could adjust the database and rerun the process but that leaves room for accountability. Better to adjust through the system and know for next time. Regards e
