We have several hotlines set up and working for years. However for a new one, the client doesn't like the current way things happen at the start of a call.
Calls go through Nupoint before...
My bad I should have mentioned this, and might have looked at the wrong documentation then.
Version is MCD 6.0 SP1.
I see that in that version "A call can be monitored by one station at a time. (Simultaneous monitoring by multiple stations is not supported.)".

my colleague and I are setting up a call center and would like several supervisors/agents to be able to listen on the same call, most are new hires who will be listening on experienced hotliners.

kwbMitel : that's a concern since we have many older MXe and CX in the field.
TheMitelGuy : Do you know when 1GB will be required, a timeframe or version number ?

Mitel also gave me that information after some time, now the question would be if it is compatible with older MXe, and convincing our client to go for the 7.0 version, not easy.
The other option would be a vMCD.

About 900 phones, the system has an E2T.
There is a monthly scheduled reboot, uptime is 26 days at the moment.
I opened a ticket with Mitel and their answer was to reboot and that there is no way to increase memory.

I'm part of a team managing several dozen ICPs. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere on a mitel doc/release note that 1GB memory will be needed for a future Mivoice Business release (MCD 8 ?), but I'm not finding that information at the moment.
