If you are makeing a Loop back Cable then use a Dw8 Cable or Cat5 W/ a RJ45 end and loop the pins 1-4 & 2-5 (W/O- B & O - W/B). If you are useing a 103 block then Loop 1-3 & 2-4. Both just cross over the Transmit to the Recieve.
Make sure that you have trunk 2 trunk transfer and remote forward enabled on the extention. Also make sure that your LS disconect is set to YES. You will find it under Lines&trunks -> TT/LS DISC -> LS Disconect -> YES. Either one of these will stop it from working. Hope it Helps.
