    Managing MSS FTP Backups

    What i find that really sucks is the fact that you can't schedule a backup via FTP and a backup to Local DVD. You have to manually switch back and forth if you need both.

    I have a problem with a new MM4.0 which is being placed into production on Nov 1st. When I press the voice mail button on my Avaya 9640 IP Phone, and integrate with voice mail, my computer spoken name is getting cut off. I might catch the end of my last name before it asks me for my password...

    are they trying to dial any particular number when the experience the dead air condition? country? everything looks good with the exception that you do in fact have your DS1 set to "DCP/Analog Bearer Capability: 3.1kHz" Like I mentioned earlier, I changed mine to speech. Alex.

    can you post your trunk group and ds1 configuration? i had some problems and found that my ds1's were set to 3.1k. changed them to speech and cleared everything up. this however was geared more towards international calls but you never know. Alex.
