    The system is too old, I could not find a tech that can help with that. I used the CCS command to trace a call and this is the result. Any idea what is that?

    It was working absolutely fine. Suddenly it stopped accepting the incoming calls and opens the greetings VM in the day time. I believe the day greetings VM is on the admin VM and it works through the call routing which for some reason it stopped working. Can this problem be a network issue?

    I think the mitel server does not give the subntet and gateway as well. I added this to the DHCP but it does not work. May I ask you please how did you add this the DHCP? Thanks.

So, I used a static IP address to avoid the DHCP, I opened the MicroSip in the firewall, and I added the whole list of the audio codec from the MicroSip and still no sound at...

    Wowww. you are a hero. I wasted three days to figure this out with no luck at all. After I followed these instructions, I was successfully able to connect and ring from/to this SIP line. But, there is no sound at all. I am not sure what could be the problem in this. Thank you very much
