Found it - it is buried inside the installer for Desktop Messaging. Can be installed by itself from within that application setup.- adflowers

Scratched around on the Web but didn't have luck locating a download of the CallPilot Player. I want a copy to allow conversion of an audio file into the proprietary Nortel .VBK format.
