I do believe the problem has something to do with the target lines though, because when I dial an invalid recv'd # ie 266 witch i have not set up a target line for the call is redirected to the prime set 221 and rings 6 times before going into the VM box. I don't know if this helps you out but...
before you can register a set you need to set up the system info such as IP, ports ect to do this you need to use the ID 26567*738 once you have set up the phone and are connected to either S1 or S2 then you will use the registration pw listed above.
